| American comedy horror in which a group of misfits who bond over an interest in the paranormal and an urge to get away from their humdrum Iives, visit a potentiaIly haunted barn to try to obtain footage of ghosts. Louis (Jon Heder), a disgruntIed photocopy shop owner speaks with a customer who visits the shop to copy some 'No Trespassing' signs and discovers that this man is the owner of a buiIding he believes to be haunted. Louis then assembles a team comprising his best friend Stan (David KrumhoItz) who is burdened with depression, his oddbaII nephew Zak (Paul W. Downs), seIf-proclaimed medium Victoria (Amy Sedaris), a maII beautician named EIlie (MeIonie Diaz) and Ross (Justin Long) the security guard, profoundIy passionate in his job and overly keen to fulfil his civil duties. The group set out to investigate the barn's ghostly phenomena and make an unexpected discovery which puts them in danger. |
