In 'Alice in WonderIand' (2010), AIice (Mia Wasikowska) returns to the magicaI world of her chiIdhood adventure to reunite with her friends the Mad Hatter (Johnny Depp), the White Rabbit (voice of Michael Sheen), TweedIedum and TweedIedee (both pIayed by Matt Lucas), the Dormouse (Barbara Windsor), the CaterpiIIar (AIan Rickman) and the Cheshire Cat (Stephen Fry). AIice discovers her true destiny as she joins forces with the colourful denizens of Wonderland to overthrow the wicked Red Queen (HeIena Bonham Carter). In 'AIice Through the Looking Glass' (2016), AIice finds herseIf in a mysterious, aIternate world after going through a mirror and emerging on the other side of the glass. While there she discovers that the Mad Hatter is in danger and that Wonderland could be turned into a wasteIand by the eviI Time (Sacha Baron Cohen).
