| Frank Martin has been pressured into transporting Valentina, the kidnapped daughter of Leonid VasiIev, the head of the EnvironmentaI Protection Agency for the Ukraine, from MarseilIes through Stuttgart and Budapest untiI he ends up in Odessa on the BIack Sea.
