Our intent in this book is not to negate the need for counseling, drug therapies when appropriate, diet and health changes or support groups. Those practices can play a key component in your healing journey. But for many of us, we have been there and done that. You know there's more. You know there's true freedom. You want more than just slapping a religious bumper sticker on your pain and wearing the masks of perfection, perception and performance.
