The objective of the research is to analyze the causes of why the concentrated attention of a primary school student can last so little time, which makes him/her resist to work, to changes, to the acquisition of new knowledge, among other factors. This was done with a second grade student who presents this type of problem. The instruments that were implemented to obtain the information were a semi-structured interview applied to the student, parent and teacher of the group, likewise, an observation guide and the field diary were used as evidence of the work done by the teacher in training and the student. Through action-research, various playful strategies were developed with the aim of reducing this problem. The results of the activities were less than expected, since the student requires more than that to improve his attention-concentration; he needs the support of a specialist to guide and orient the mother so that she can attend to her child based on his needs, linking the work done at school. |
