This anthology contains samples of the poetic work of Russian philosophers of five generations, starting with the classics of the Silver Age (Karsavin, Florensky and Losev) and ending with philosophers who were born in Soviet times in the second half of the century (Aist, Benevich, Sergeev). The anthology presents both thinkers living in Russia and those living and working in the countries of near and far abroad. The poems of the last classical Russian philosopher A. F. Losev are published for the first time. An extensive survey of the poetry of Russian philosophers is given in the introductory article by L. Stolovich.
