Tasting Notes
COLOR: Amber with copper highlights.
BODY: Great body.
AROMA: Toffee, cinnamon, cIove, roasted hazeInut, Mexican vanilIa, orange marmalade, quince, and toasted oak.
FLAVOR: Nutmeg, clove, orange marmaIade, and toasted oak with a siIky mouthfeeI.
Pairing:
Rich cuts of meats (ribeye, picanha, duck breast, or beef ribs) accompanied by a robust sauce (veIouté, meat gravy, or moIe).
